Somatic Hatha Flow
Slow down. Move with intention.
A gentle, mindful blend of traditional Hatha yoga and somatic movement to reconnect with your body from the inside out.
Best for: Mobility · Flexibility · Stress relief · Recovery
Somatic Hatha Flow is a gentle, mindful practice that blends traditional Hatha yoga with somatic movement to help you reconnect with your body from the inside out.
Rather than moving through poses simply to achieve a shape, you’ll be encouraged to notice how each movement feels, using your breath as a guide and allowing your body to move in a way that feels supportive, sustainable and intuitive.
This slower-paced class creates space to release unnecessary tension, improve mobility and develop a greater sense of awareness, leaving you feeling lighter, calmer and more connected by the time you step off your mat.
Whether you’re completely new to yoga or returning to your practice, every class is designed to meet you where you are.
- Best for
- Mobility · Flexibility · Stress Relief · Mind-Body Connection · Recovery
What to expect
Every Somatic Hatha Flow session lasts 50 minutes, followed by five minutes of guided mindfulness to help settle your nervous system before you return to the rest of your day.
Classes move at an intentionally slower pace, allowing time to explore each posture, connect with your breathing and understand how your body responds to movement.
There is no expectation to keep up, perform or achieve perfect poses. Instead, your instructor will offer options throughout the class, encouraging you to move with curiosity rather than judgement.
Expect to leave feeling calmer, more mobile and mentally refreshed.

Restorative Yin
Pause. Breathe. Let go.
Our slowest yoga practice - stillness, supported postures and mindful breathing to soften body and mind.
Best for: Recovery · Mobility · Relaxation · Stress relief
Restorative Yin is our slowest and most restorative yoga practice, offering space to soften both body and mind through stillness, supported postures and mindful breathing.
In contrast to faster, more dynamic styles of movement, Yin invites you to stay with each posture for longer, allowing your muscles to relax while gently encouraging mobility through the body’s deeper connective tissues.
With carefully supported positions, calming guidance and an unhurried pace, this practice creates an opportunity to release tension, quiet the mind and reconnect with yourself.
There is nothing to achieve here.
Simply arrive exactly as you are.
- Best for
- Recovery · Mobility · Flexibility · Relaxation · Stress Relief
What to expect
Every Restorative Yin session lasts 50 minutes, followed by five minutes of guided mindfulness to leave you feeling grounded, balanced and ready for whatever comes next.
Using bolsters, blocks and supportive props where appropriate, you’ll move through a series of long-held postures designed to encourage deep relaxation while improving flexibility and joint mobility.
This is a quiet, nurturing practice where stillness becomes part of the work.
Expect slower breathing, softer movement and the rare opportunity to simply pause.
